However, hybrid resin blocks are pointed out the easy to degradation as compared with ceramics. In addition, we should consider the performance degraded after water immersion. The aim of this study was to evaluate the physical property of our new hybrid resin blocks(CNT-01,GC corp.).Methods: Five materials were selected for the analysis, 1)CNT-01 (CNT, GC corp.), 2)KATANA Avenciablock (KA, kurarayNoritake), 3)KZR-CAD HR2 (KZ, Yamamoto Precious Metal), 4)ESTELITE BLOCK (EB, Tokuyama) and 5)HC(HC, SHOHU). After cutting blocks, for three-point 4)ESTELITE BLOCK (EB, Tokuyama) and 5)HC(HC, SHOHU). After cutting blocks, for three-point bending test, 1.2mm-thick, 4.0mm-width polished specimens were prepared. Bending test was conducted with a crosshead speed of 1mm/min (AG-IS, SHIMADZU) under two conditions i) dry storage (control, n=5) and ii) storage in 37 degree C water for 7 days (immersion, n=5). The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA (p<0.01).Results: In all materials, flexural strength under immersion was decreased by compared to control and there was significant difference between control and after water immersion.Flexural strength of CNT was highest and Falling rate of CNT was lowest than any other materials Flexural strength of CNT was highest and Falling rate of CNT was lowest than any other materials under each condition. Conclusions: These results suggested that flexural strength after immersion of hybrid resin blocks be decreased nearly 20% than that of control. We propose it be reasonable that flexural strength is discussed under immersed condition.Table(s):CNTKAKZEBHCControl [MPa]243194223193142Immersion [MPa]202 *160 *179 *153 *113 *Disclosure Statement:The submitter must disclose the names of the organizations with which any author have a relationship, the nature of the relationship, and the clinical or research area involved.
