Evaluation before and after the intervention was performed using laser fluorescence. Means and rates were observed and X2 and wilconsontests were applied. Results: 1823 healthy and 271 with white spots lesions surfaces were observed. A decrease of the average from the fluorescensediagnosis were obteinedin healthy surfaces and in surfaces with incipient carious lesion (p<0.05). Surfaces with incipient lesions at baseline examination with incipient carious lesion (p<0.05). Surfaces with incipient lesions at baseline examination changed after tratmentsshowing reminelarization: 95% for CPP-ACP free-sugar gum; 65% for the CPP-ACP cremeand 26% for the control group. (p <0.01).Conclusions: The findings of the present study suggest that CPP-ACP applied to teeth by means chewing gum or cremewere able to reduce white spots lesions and prevents new lesions, so are useful to maintain oral health of schollchildren.Disclosure Statement:The submitter must disclose the names of the organizations with which any author have a relationship, the nature of the relationship, and the clinical or research area involved.
